For the second consecutive year the Kernersville Chamber of Commerce is hosting Kernersville Home Sweet Home. Join us for this one-day, community wide real estate showcase that features both new and existing homes, lenders, Realtors, home improvement professionals and much more.
- Looking to improve your existing home this event will appeal to you. Many of the homes will have exhibitions by “Home Services” companies. These professionals specialize in remodeling, homeowner insurance and home financing.
- New construction will also be on display with builders on hand to answer your questions.
- We’ll have over 100 homes open for visitation on March 21.
If you are looking for senior living options, representatives from independent living, assisted living and skilled care will also be available for consultation. Our event sponsor, Ridge Care – parent organization for Arbor Ridge of Kernersville and Kerner Ridge Asssisted Living -- offers the complete range of senior living options. You can pick up a printed copy of the event map and other information at Arbor Ridge, located at 1237 Masten Drive, the week of the show.
Participating homes and the show’s central headquarters, the Kernersville Chamber of Commerce, will all have information about tax credits that will be expiring within the next few months. To stimulate the economy tax credits are available for not only new home buyers but existing home buyers as well.
